We stayed at a hotel for New Year that had great food and friendly staff. the rooms were spacious and had a private onsen. the hotel was located on a hill with a beautiful view of the mountains. Although it was a bit far from the city, it was nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

There was nothing to do around the hotel, and we needed a car to get to the city. We wished that the hotel had offered transportation to and from the city for free.

The pick-up service was not on time and caused a bit of inconvenience. the staff's behavior could have been more professional as they were talking loudly, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

We had a great time with my colleagues. The view is amazing and we were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony where we could enjoy it even more. The food was delicious and we were able to taste some traditional local dishes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests.

The communication skills of some staff members were not the best, which made it difficult for us to communicate our needs. We also had some trouble finding the hotel, but I guess that is more of an issue with GPS than the hotel itself.
